The cost for the leagues is as follows:

All players must have a current waiver and player registration. You can choose between a $15 Seasonal Player Registration (good for only this Winter Youth Season) or a $40 Annual Player Registration (good for 365 days). 

 

We go by even age division (U8, U10, etc.) If you fall in the odd age division, teams/players play one year up (example, U9 would play U10, U11 would play U12, etc.)

 

U8 and U10 DEVELOPMENT are COED and on Field 2.

U10 CLUB is COED and on Field 1.

U12 and above have divisions for either BOYS or GIRLS on Field 1. 

 

Teams paying in full at registration will receive one free hour of practice! (To be redeemed before Dec. 6th, based on availability)

Most games will be played on weekends. All divisions will have the possibility of playing at least 1 weekday game during their season.

 

Teams are allowed 1 schedule request at the time of registration/deposit paid. Plan ahead, are there dates your team is not available this winter? There will be NO reschedules for teams unable to make their games. Forfeit fees will apply to the afore-mentioned games.

Basic information:

 

Registration: Managers/Coaches, you must first register yourself before you can register a team. All registrations must be done online. If you have registered teams in previous seasons, please use the same email and login used to register your previous teams. The full $800 (U12-HS) & $675 (U8-U10) payment is due at the time of registration and is Non-Refundable for any reason. A season is 8 games. Team schedules will be posted online no later than 1 week prior to the league start date.

Registering a team: 1. Register yourself. 2. Sign in to our website. 3. Go to Upcoming Leagues page. 4. Click on the link (located on the far right-hand side of the screen) for your preferred division. 5. Fill out all required information, then submit payment. 

NEW: Player/Coach waiver process: If your child played last year, sign into the website, and it will prompt you to sign your waiver and have a button to sign your child’s waiver. If you are new to the facility, go to Let's Play Soccer, Stafford’s web page  1. Register or login. 2. Check your email for the confirmation link. 3. Follow the link and sign the waiver.

Player Registration Fee: The season fee of $15 covers all teams for 1 winter season. The annual individual registration fee is $40. This $40 fee covers all youth leagues and seasons for unlimited teams for 365 days at all facilities.

Game Conflicts: Please check the dates listed below for each league to ensure your team has no conflicts with the Let’s Play Soccer, Stafford’s league times. If your team does have a conflict, one request submitted at the time of registration will be honored. Any team unable to make their scheduled game time due to a further conflict will forfeit that game. No exceptions and No reschedules.

Forfeits: When a team forfeits for any reason, they will be responsible for paying the combined referee fees for both those teams (a total of $40) for that game through their team account, regardless of whether or not a scrimmage was able to take place. This new balance on their account will have to be paid off before their next game in order to receive their player cards. 

Referee Fees: Each youth team needs $20 cash for the officials. This cannot be included in your league fee as they are scheduled independently of the arena. Please try to have an exact change. This is due at the beginning of the game

Check-in: ALL WAIVERS MUST BE DONE BEFORE THE DAY OF YOUR FIRST GAME. Waiver can be completed on any smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer. Each player needs an electronic waiver release form signed by a parent or legal guardian before their first game. A coach cannot sign waivers. Any player without a waiver cannot play. Please have your player at the arena 30 minutes before their first game for check-in. Team managers can invite all players to join their team roster via the website. Coaches: Coaches must have a current waiver. All coaches must be a minimum of 18 years of age. All teams must have a coach behind the bench; only 2 coaches per team are allowed.

6v6 League info:

 

  • Games are 2 twenty-minute halves.
  • U8 plays on Field 2, 6v6 with goalies (COED)
  • U10 DEVELOPMENTAL plays on Field 2, 5v5 with goalies (COED)
  • U10 CLUB plays on Field 1, 7v7 with goalies (COED)
  • U12-HS plays on Field 1, 6v6 Field 1 with goalies (Boys or Girls)
  • Cleats are allowed on the field
  • Rosters are unlimited 

 

 

*Your team could play a doubleheader and/or have 2 games in the same week.
