COMPETITION
Most competitors go into the market under capitalized and are unable to take away our market share. Occasionally you have the die hard who builds an incredible facility, raises all kinds of money (it's not his), and though eventually captures a share of the market is unable to make payments that begin immediately. These guys show up on television and in the newspapers talking about their project a year before it happens, which means their still searching for investors and hope the attention will bring some.

It is difficult to find free span buildings. Costs of a new facility are large, prohibiting the majority of those interested. We are experienced in the business and know what expenses a facility will support. First year losses for first timers are substantial. We're business oriented and though we enjoy the game we realize you have to make a profit or your business is going to go away. Our games start on time, our referee's are quality, we're fair to the players, but they must pay their money on time.

The building of this facility increases our hold on (regional area) and will provide inter facility tournaments between (nearby facility) and (another nearby facility). We enjoy competition, and though we currently have none in (your town), we know they will come, and they will keep us sharp. They're more open to new ideas that sometimes work. We will take the best of their ideas and incorporate them into our facilities.

In this paragraph I would have a list of competitors who went under for whatever reason. However that list has grown large and I'm even beginning to forget some of them so have deleted it.
