Many people have e-mailed asking for business plan ideas. I've taken six of our earlier business plans and merged them together to make a mythical business plan. It's very close and within a couple hundred words of business plans we have submitted to SBA and had approved. I didn't do a cover page for you or number the pages. The grammar and punctuation are your choices. If anything in the next several sections works for you feel free to use it.

I am unwilling, as I have partners in many of the facilities, to give specific numbers on any one facility so have (parenthesized) and underlined those things you'll have to fill in for yourself.

This business plan was done in 1995 and I reread it the first week of November 1996 and again 5 May 98 and now one more time on 20 Jan 00. But just like last time I got bored and went and did something else. I didn't change much. Having read it again today, 23 January 2002, you better add around $200,000 to the cost of the project.
