Overview of Indoor Soccer | Criteria's for new facilities

If you're interested in being involved with Let's Play, here's the criteria.

1. We're looking for minimum populations of 300,000 within 25 minutes of the proposed location. I'm not saying we wouldn't do 200,000, just decreases the chances.

2. We're looking for limited competition in either size of the competitor, abilities (not very good) or no competitor. Having to join a state soccer association will inhibit us as well.

3a. You've got to come up with a decent chunk of the cash yourself or in your community. In the neighborhood of $100,000 to $150,000.

3b. Or, if you've got either vacant land or the building already that makes it a lot easier.

3c. Or, something we can steal. The value of the potential location is so far below market that it compensates for having to come up with all the cash ourselves.

3d. Or, some combination of a, b, and c.

4. There are sixteen locations currently, all 100% owned by Let's Play. There are alot of folks that own stock in Let's Play. We're a decent size company with good cash flow and borrowing power. We bring people from other facilities to help through the start up period and busy times. Since we build our own fields we save thousands of dollars during construction. We've got internal communication where we learn from each other and our administrative work and payroll are centralized so you can focus on getting teams and doing schedules. You've got to be a team player and be part of a team, an owner in all the facilities.

That's what we're looking for. If you think you fall in that category somewhere I will very much be looking foward to an email from you.

We're not objectionable to someone who just wishes to invest in the company without participation on an active basis, we have many of them. We're not actively searching for any, but if you're good people, we're the company.
