REGISTRATION DEADLINE INFORMATION:
Registration
deadline for the ADULT SPRING
SESSION is: wednesday, MAY 23, 2012.
All ADULT
games will kick off the weekend of JUNE 9,
2012.
Registration
deadline for the YOUTH SUMMER SESSION is: WEDNESDAY, JUNE 6, 2012. All YOUTH games will kick off the weekend of JUNE 9, 2012.
On-line
team registration is now OPEN
A $100.00 non refundable
deposit is required
to register your team for the upcoming session.
Individual
players will be placed on teams looking for players – The $75.00 individual
player fee includes referee fees.
You may also
drop by the facility and our staff will be glad to help you with your
registration.
SWIS hosts the
following ADULT LEAGUES year
round. Adult league fees are $600 per season
unless noted otherwise.
- Women’s
Competitive and Recreational. (WA and WB)
- Men’s
Competitive and Recreational. (M4, M5, M6, and M7)
- 11:30 PM leagues. $400 ONLY
per team. MONDAY - THURSDAY
- Corporate
Leagues (M8, M9 and M10– all games kick off at 6:10 PM and 6:55 PM)
- Coed
Competitive and Recreational. (C1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) 3 MEN/3 WOMEN format.
- Coed Recreational. (C6 – 4 MEN/2 WOMEN format)
- Lacrosse,
TEAM HANDBALL, FLAG FOOTBALL, Field Hockey and Ultimate Frisbee leagues
(CALL FOR PRICING)
- SATURDAY/SUNDAY MORNING
SPECIFIC LEAGUES (Coed or Men) $400 (Games played between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM)
- SATURDAY/SUNDAY MEN OPEN LEAGUES.
(MOS) 8 games. Saturday and Sundays ONLY!
Games played between 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- MIDNIGHT LEAGUES.
(ML) - $350 per
team, 8 games. Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays. Games kick off at 12:20 AM.

We observe the HYSA youth player age eligibility chart.
Please ensure that you do not use ANY over age players.

Every player, coach or parent who
enters the player box/field areas MUST fill out a waiver.
If you do, you will forfeit your
game. Not fun for the kids. Not for the parents and certainly not fun for the
coaches.

Please fill it out in its entirety.
Writing must be legible.
You may turn your form(s) in at the
front desk upon your arrival and prior to you registration.

business hours are from 5:00 pm to 12:00 am Monday to Sunday. Should you call our
office prior to 5:00 PM, please leave a message. We return all phone calls.
LEAGUE FEES:
Total fees for an eight (8) game
session at SWIS are $600.00 for ADULTS
and $650
for YOUTH.
(The $100.00
non refundable deposit paid at registration is deducted from this amount.)
The remaining balance of $500 (ADULTS) and $550 (YOUTH) is
due in full before the first game is played.
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
REFEREE FEES:
Referee fees
are $15 per game
per team. Each team is responsible for paying referee fees prior to the start of each game.
SWIS
provides two officials for each game; one Let’s Play Official Referee on the
field and one Let’s Play Official Scorekeeper.
