6V6 WINTER TOURNAMENT 2011/2012

Registration will end on the 24^TH of Oct. for 1^st session

Teams playing 1st session can register at any time for 2^nd session. If you’re not playing first session you can’t register until November 21^st 2011

**Deadline for second session registration is December 23^rd 2011.

Management before you sign up your team for the season.

• All teams will play 6v6 on the big field. With goalies. (7v7 for u-10)
• Deposits: The full $650 payment is due at time of registration and is Non-Refundable for any reason. A season is 8 games.
• Game Conflicts: Please check the dates listed below to ensure your team has no conflicts with the Arapahoe Sports Center league times. If your team does have a conflict, only one request per team will be honored. Any team not able to make their scheduled game time due to a further conflict will forfeit that game. No exceptions and No make-up Games.
• Referee Fees: Each team needs $10 cash for the officials. This cannot be included in your league fee as they are scheduled independently to the arena. Please try to have exact change. This is due at the beginning of the game.
• Check in: Please have your players to the arena 30 minutes before the 1^st game. Each player needs a signed waiver release form. A coach cannot sign waivers. Any player without a waiver cannot play. We will then take their picture for their player passes.
• Coaches: All teams must have a coach behind the bench, maximum of 2 coaches. No exceptions. All coaches must be a minimum of 18 years old. Coaches must have a player pass.

Full payment is due at time of registration

All game are 2 halves of 20 minutes

U10 BOYS AND GIRLS

Winter 1st session

Tournament start on November 7^th and ends on December 30^th . Games are played Monday thru Friday starting at 4:45 pm and ending at 7:00 pm. Your team could play a double header and / or have 2 games in the same week. Games will be played on November 26^th, 27^th and 28^th and December 20^th, 21^st, 22^rd, 23^th, 24^th, 26^th, 27^th, 28^th, 29^th, 30^th , 31^st. January 1^st, 2^nd during the day.

Winter 2^nd session

Tournament start on January 3rd and ends on March 15th. Games are played Monday thru Friday starting at 4:45 pm and ending at 7:00 pm. Your team could play a double header and / or have 2 games in the same week. Games will be played on Monday Jan 16^th and Monday February 20^th during the day.

U11-U12 / U13-U14 / U15-U16 BOYS AND GIRLS

Winter 1^st session

Tournament start on November 8^th and ends on January 2^nd . Games are played Saturday and Sundays starting at 6:00 am and ending at 7:00 pm. (Midnight for u16’s). Your team could play a double header and / or have 2 games in the same week. Games will be played on November 25^th and December 19^th, 20^th, 21^st, 22^rd, 23^th, 26^th, 27^th, 28^th, 29^th, 30^th, 31^st during the day.

BOYS AND GIRLS HIGHSCHOOL

Winter 1st session

Tournament start on November 7^th and ends on December 30^th. Games are played Monday thru Friday starting at 4:00 pm and ending at 7:00 pm. Midnight on Fridays. Your team could play a double header and / or have 2 games in the same week. Games will be played on November 25^th and December 19^th, 20^th, 21^st, 22^rd, 23^th, 26^th, 27^th, 28^th, 29^th, 30^th.

Tournament start on January 2^rd and ends on February 27th. (Ends February 20^th for girls) Games are played Monday thru Friday starting at 4:00 pm and ending at 7:00 pm. Midnight on Fridays. Your team could play a double header and / or have 2 games in the same week. Games will be played on Monday Jan 16^th and Monday February 20^th during the day.
