Attention all Team Managers and Coaches

Youth Indoor Soccer 07/08

Please take the time to read over the following information carefully regarding the upcoming 2007/2008 Youth Season at Ogden Indoor Soccer. If you have any questions or comments feel free to call and ask the management at 801-394-5884 or E-mail at ogden@letsplaysoccer.com

1) Deposits and League fees A $100 deposit is required to hold a spot for either season. This deposit counts towards your league fee of $250 for the mini-field and $450 for the big field and is Non - Refundable for any reason. League fees have to be paid in full by the 1st game. No Exceptions! A season is 8 games. All games are 2 halves of 20 minutes. 3v3 is $250 for 8 games. 15 minute halves and $10 ref fee. No more than six players on the roster. No Exceptions!

2) Game Conflicts Please check the dates and days given below to ensure your team has no conflicts with Ogden Indoor Soccer league times. If your team does have a conflict, only one request per season will be honored. Any team not able to make their scheduled indoor game time because of further conflicts will forfeit that game. No exceptions and No Make-Up Games.

If needed we will play one game in the day during Christmas Vacation and one game during the week. Call for more details 801-394-5884.

3) Referee Fee's Each team needs $10 cash for the officials. This cannot be included in the league fee as they are scheduled independently to the arena. Please try to have exact change. We no longer accept checks or credit cards. Cash only.

4). Check In Please have your players at the arena 20 to 30 minutes before the first game. Each player needs a waiver release form. Waivers cannot be signed by the coach! Any player without a waiver cannot play. We will then take their picture for a player card.

5) Coaches All teams must have a coach on the bench, maximum of 2 coaches. No Exceptions. All coaches have to be 18 or over and have a player card.

6) If an age does not have enough teams, Boys and Girls will play together.

7) All teams on the mini-field will play 4v4. Accept 3v3 leagues.

8) We do recommend regular outdoor soccer cleats but, indoor and turf shoes are still allowed. Our state of the art turf gives you the feel of grass like outdoor in an indoor game. Come join the fun in our in our organized leagues.

9) Ogden Indoor Soccer also does Birthday Parties sponsored by Pizza Hut, Sleepovers, Work and Church Gatherings.

Sleepovers - $220 a night. Gatherings - $80 an hour for the big field if available.

Training time is available on the mini field. Hour and half time blocks are available for $75. All times are first come first serve. Call or e-mail to check on available times and dates. Times: Mon. - Fri. 3:00pm, 4:30pm, 6:00pm, 7:30pm, 9:00pm, and 10:30 These will be the only time offered. Sat. - Sun. - TBD

HS Coed 1st session: Oct. 22nd

*IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ!*

*EVERY TEAM WILL NEED TO PLAY ONE GAME ON A WEEKDAY DURING THE SESSION. REQUEST FOR WHAT DAYS YOUR TEAM IS AVAILABLE WILL BE ACCEPTED. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE A GAME ON CHRISTMAS BREAK (DEC. 22ND –JAN. 1ST (excluding Christmas day) BETWEEN THE TIMES OF

Age Deadlines: These dates are the same as UYSA regulations. Please verify all players ages before registration. If a player is caught playing in a division he/she is too old for. they, along with the coach, will be suspended for one year. The team will also be penalized by forfeiting any game the illegal player played in.

Adult Leagues

Participants in our adult leagues must be 18 years old (No exceptions will be made) You will play (2) 22-minute halves. The cost of our adult leagues is $450 per team for 8 games. (a $50 discount will be given if the team fee is paid in full by the deadline) A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is due at least one week prior to the date the league will begin. The full amount is due by the 1st game. There is a ref fee of $10.00 per game for each team.

Skill Levels

B League - Experienced

C League - Semi-experienced

D League - Intermediate

E League - Intermediate

F League - Inexperienced

At ogden indoor soccer the skill level of each division will vary depending on the teams in each division. The only way to find out where you belong is to come down and watch a few games in the division you think your team will fit in to. Thanks, Shorty
