Registration deadline
for the ADULT WINTER 2 SESSION
is: WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 26, 2011. All ADULT games will kick off the
week of JANUARY
11, 2012.
Registration deadline
for the YOUTH WINTER SESSION is: WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 07, 2011..All YOUTH games will kick off the weekend of DECEMBER 10, 2011.

A $100.00 non refundable
deposit is required in order to get your team registered
for the upcoming session.
Individuals may register to be placed on a house team for
$65.00 per player, which includes referee fees.
You may also drop by the facility and our staff will be glad
to help you with your registration.
NWIS hosts the following ADULT
LEAGUES year round. Adult league fees are
$550 per season unless noted otherwise.
- Women’s Competitive and Recreational. (WA and WB)
- Men’s Competitive and Recreational. (M1, 2, 3, 4) and (M5, 6, and 7)
- Corporate Leagues. (M8 and M9 – all games kick off at 6:15 PM and 7:00 PM)
- Men 10 (COED OPEN – no three touch rule, girl goal worth 2 points, 1 girl on
the field minimum – at all times)
- Men Over 30
- Coed Competitive and Recreational. (C1, 2, 3) and (C4, 5, 6)
- Coed Over 30
- SATURDAY NIGHT LEAGUES $400 (Games played between 10:40 PM and 2:00 AM)
- LACROSSE, FIELD HOCKEY
AND ULTIMATE FRISBEE LEAGUES (CALL FOR PRICING)
- SATURDAY/SUNDAY MORNING SPECIFIC LEAGUES (Coed or Men) $400 (Games played between 7:30 AM and
10:00 AM)
- SATURDAY/SUNDAY MEN OPEN LEAGUES. (MOS 1,2) $400 per team, 8 games. Saturday and Sundays ONLY! Games
played between 10:00 AM to 4:50 PM
- MIDNIGHT LEAGUES. (ML) - $350 per team, 8 games.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Games
kick off at 11:30 PM and 12:20 AM

observe the HYSA youth player
age eligibility chart. Please ensure that you do not use ANY over age players.

Every
player, coach or parent who enters the player box/field areas MUST fill out a
waiver.
We

you do, you will forfeit your game. Not fun for the kids. Not for the parents
and certainly not fun for the coaches.
To
save time, you may download the NWIS waiver here. Must print
on pink paper!
Please
fill it out in its entirety. Writing must be legible.
You
may turn your form(s) in at the front desk, upon your arrival and prior to you
registration.

LEAGUE FEES:
The
total fees for an eight (8) game session at NWIS are $550.00 for ADULTS and $600 for YOUTH.
(The $100.00 non refundable deposit
paid at registration is deducted from this amount.)
The remaining balance of $450
(ADULTS) and $500 (YOUTH) is due in full before the first game is played.

EXCEPTIONS!!!!
REFEREE FEES:
Referee fees are $10 per game
per team. Each team is responsible for paying referee fees prior to the start of each game.
NWIS provides two officials for each
game; one Let’s Play Official Referee on the field and one Let’s Play Official
Scorekeeper.
Please respect our officials.
