3V3 WINTER TOURNAMENT 2012/2013

Registration will end on the 24TH of Oct.  for 1ST  session

Teams playing 1st session can register at any time for 2nd session. If you’re not playing first session you can’t register until November 19th 2012

**Deadline for second session registration is midnight December 23rd  2012.

Management before you sign up your team for the season.

 

  • All teams will play 3v3 on the mini field. No goalies. Rosters will be limited to 6-players Max. Each team will be allowed to bring all 6 players to any game.
  • Deposits:  The full $300 payment is due at time of registration and is Non-Refundable for any reason. A season is 8 games
  • Game Conflicts:  Please check the dates listed below to ensure your team has no conflicts with the Arapahoe Sports Center league times. If your team does have a conflict, only one request per team will be honored. Any team not able to make their scheduled game time due to a further conflict will forfeit that game. No exceptions and No make-up Games. 
  • Referee Fees:  Each team needs $10 cash for the officials.  This cannot be included in your league fee as they are scheduled independently to the arena. Please try to have exact change. This is due at the beginning of the game.
  • Check in:  Please have your players to the arena 30 minutes before the 1st game. Each player needs a waiver release form signed by a parent or legal guardian. A coach cannot sign waivers. Any player without a waiver cannot play. We will then take their picture for their player passes..
  • Coaches:  All teams must have a coach behind the bench, maximum of 2 coaches. No exceptions. All coaches must be a minimum of 18 years old. Coaches must have a player pass.

 

Schedules will be emailed to the team contact from the registration on:

Wed Oct 31st  after 6 pm – 1st session

**Full payment is due at time of registration(NO EXCEPTIONS)

 

Dates and times for Winter 2012. All game are 2 halves of 15 minutes

 

U5-U6 / U7-U8 / U9-U10 BOYS AND GIRLS

 

1st session

Tournament starts on November 11TH  2012 and ends on December 30th 2012. Games are played Saturdays and Sundays starting at 7:00 am and ending at 8:30 pm. Your team could play a double header and / or have 2 games in the same weekend

 

 

2nd session

Tournament start on January 5th 2012 and ends on March 3rd  2012. Games are played Saturdays and Sundays starting at 7:00 am and ending at 8:30 pm. Your team could play a double header and / or have 2 games in the same weekend.

 

 

 

U11-U12 / U13-U14 / HIGH SCHOOL BOYS AND GIRLS

 

 

 

1st session

Tournament start on November 5th 2012 and ends December 28th 2012. Games are played Monday thru Friday starting at 4:30 pm and ending at 10:00 pm. Your team could play a double header and / or have 2 games in the same week

 

 

2nd session

Tournament start on January 2th 2013 and ends March 8th 2013. Games are played Monday thru Friday starting at 4:30 pm and ending at 10:00 pm. Your team could play a double header and / or have 2 games in the same week
